UVJETI PRIVATNOSTI I OBRADA OSOBNIH PODATAKA (PRAVILA O KORIŠTENJU OSOBNIH PODATAKA)

U selekcijskom procesu nakon prijave za zapošljavanje - u Hrvatskom Telekomu d.d. (u daljnjem tekstu HT d.d.), HT d.d. postaje voditelj obrade Vaših osobnih podataka.

HT d.d. obrađuje Vaše osobne podatke navedene u online obrascu i u dokumentaciji koju ste nam dostavili kao što su: ime i prezime, e-mail adresa, broj telefona, obrazovanje, radno iskustvo, ime poslodavca, radno mjesto, i dr.

Prijavu izvršenu putem online obrasca obrađivat ćemo u svrhu provedbe selekcijskog procesa na temelju otvorenog natječaja, otvorene zamolbe ili za radna mjesta otvorena u budućnosti, radi odabira kandidata koji najbolje odgovara traženom radnom mjestu.

Nakon završetka natječaja ili u slučaju neuspješne otvorene zamolbe obrisat ćemo Vaše osobne podatke deaktivacijom Vašeg korisničkog profila i brisanjem podataka iz naših sustava pohrane.

Napominjemo da HT-u d.d. možete dati privolu da koristi Vaše osobne podatke ne samo za otvoreni natječaj i putem otvorene zamolbe, već i za radna mjesta koja će biti otvorena u budućnosti.

Osobne podatke ćemo obrađivati do povlačenja Vaše privole. Ako ne povučete privolu, Vaše osobne podatke ćemo brisati deaktivacijom Vašeg korisničkog profila i brisanjem podataka iz naših sustava pohrane nakon proteka 12 mjeseci od dostave zamolbe za posao.

Vaše osobne podatke obrađujemo temeljem Vaše privole koju ste nam dali popunjavanjem podataka u online obrascu. Napominjemo da privolu možete povući na način da izbrišete Vaše osobne podatke koje ste unijeli u online obrazac putem deaktivacije profila.

Privolom se smatra svako dobrovoljno, posebno, informirano i nedvosmisleno izražavanje želja kandidata kojim on, izjavom ili jasnom potvrdnom radnjom, daje pristanak za obradu osobnih podataka koji se na njega odnose.

Napominjemo da privolu imate pravo povući u bilo kojem trenutku. Povlačenje privole neće utjecati na zakonitost obrade temeljene na privoli prije njezina povlačenja. Pristup Vašim podacima koje ste unijeli u online obrazac/prijavu za potrebe selekcijskog procesa imaju samo one osobe čiji je posao odabir kandidata za popunjavanje radnih mjesta i koje obvezuje čuvanje tajnosti podataka. Uz navedene osobe, uvid u Vaše podatke mogu imati i nadređene osobe koje također obvezuje čuvanje tajnosti podataka. Vaši podaci neće se koristiti u druge svrhe, osim za potrebe provedbe selekcijskog procesa, a naročito se neće koristiti u reklamne svrhe.

Napominjemo da uz gore navedene osobe pristup Vašim osobnim podacima mogu imati i naši partneri, primjerice koji nam pružaju IT podršku, a djeluju izvan HT-a d.d. S navedenim pružateljima usluga imamo odnos povjerenja te smo ih ugovorom obvezali na adekvatnu zaštitu Vaših osobnih podataka. Također, moguće je otkrivanje Vaših osobnih podataka ovlaštenoj trećoj strani ako to zahtijevaju ili dopuštaju obvezujući propisi (npr. državna tijela, sudovi, vanjski savjetnici i druge treće osobe koje se smatraju javnim tijelima).

Vaši osobni podaci obrađivat će se u gore navedene svrhe, ako je to neophodno za poštivanje zakonskih obveza ili ako je obrada nužna za izvršavanje ugovora ili kako bi se poduzele radnje prije sklapanja ugovora ili temeljem naših legitimnih interesa, osim kada su od tih interesa jači interesi ili temeljna prava i slobode pojedinaca koji zahtijevaju zaštitu osobnih podataka. Ako se podaci obrađuju u drugu svrhu, prije obrade pružit ćemo vam informacije o toj drugoj svrsi te sve druge relevantne informacije.

Ukoliko je pokrenut sudski, upravni ili izvansudski postupak, osobni se podaci mogu pohraniti do kraja takvog postupka, uključujući i moguće razdoblje za izjavljivanje pravnih lijekova.

HT d.d. jamči da će čuvati i štititi sve podatke ustupljene s Vaše strane.

Vaša prava su sljedeća: pravo na pristup, pravo na ispravak, pravo na brisanje, pravo na ograničenje obrade, pravo na prigovor, te pravo na prenosivost podataka. Ukoliko smatrate da je došlo do povrede Vaših prava od strane HT-a d.d., imate pravo podnijeti prigovor Agenciji za zaštitu osobnih podataka.

During the selection process, after applying for employment in Hrvatski Telekom d.d. (hereinafter referred to as HT d.d.), HT d.d. becomes the controller of the processing of your personal data.

HT d.d. processes your personal data provided via the online form and in the documentation you have provided to us, such as: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, education, work experience, employer name, workplace, etc.

The online application form will be processed for the purpose of implementing the selection process based on an open competition, an open application or for open positions in the future, in order to select the candidate that best fits the required job.

Once the competition is concluded or in the case of an unsuccessful open request, we will delete your personal data by deactivating your user profile and deleting the data from our storage systems.

Please note that you may give your consent to HT d.d. to use your personal data not only for the open competition and through the open request, but also for positions that will be open in the future.

The personal data will be processed until your consent is withdrawn. If you do not withdraw your consent, we will delete your personal data by deactivating your user profile and deleting the data from our storage systems after 12 months have expired from the submission of the job application.

We process your personal data based on your consent, which you gave us by filling out the information in the online form. Please note that you can withdraw your consent by deleting your personal data that you have entered into the online form by deactivating your profile.

Consent refers to any voluntary, specific, informed and unequivocal expression of a candidate's wishes by which, by a statement or clear affirmative action, he/she consents to the processing of personal data relating to him/her.

Access to your data entered in the online application form / selection application will be made available only to those persons whose job it is to select candidates to fill the vacancies and who are required to keep the information confidential. In addition to the above mentioned persons, hierarchical superiors may also have access to your information, but they are also bound by secrecy. Your data will not be used for any purpose other than for the purpose of implementing the selection process. In particular, the data will not be used for advertising purposes.

Please note that in addition to the persons mentioned above, our partners may also have access to your personal data, such as partners providing us with IT support and operating outside of HT d.d. We have a relationship of mutual trust with these service providers and have made a contractual obligation to adequately protect your personal data. It is also possible that your personal data may be disclosed to an authorized third party if required or permitted by binding regulations (e.g. government authorities, courts, external consultants and other third parties considered to be public authorities).

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes stated above, in cases where it is necessary for compliance with legal obligations or if processing is necessary for the performance of the contract or to take action prior to the conclusion of the contract or on the basis of our legitimate interests, except where those interests are superseded by stronger interests or the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals who require the protection of personal data. If the data is processed for anther purpose, we will provide you with information on that other purpose and all other relevant information before processing the data.

If judicial, administrative or extrajudicial proceedings are instituted, personal data may be stored for the remainder of such proceedings, including the possible period for the declaration of legal remedies.

HT d.d. guarantees that it will safeguard and protect all data provided on your part.

Your rights are as follows: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to limit processing, right to object, and right to data portability. If you believe that your rights have been violated by HT d.d., you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency.
