Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior DevOps engineers to install and configure components of our platform, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining robust monitoring solutions to evaluate the performance and health of our IT ecosystem, focusing on both technical and functional aspects.
- Work closely with development teams to provide support and guidance in optimizing user experiences, including achieving low latency, high service availability, and overall application performance.
- Participate in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and operations tasks, including incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution to ensure system reliability and availability.
- Contribute to the implementation of security policies aimed at fortifying our platforms and maintaining a secure work environment.
- Engage in the deployment of new solutions and products, gaining experience with various technologies in one of the region's largest IT landscapes.
- Collaborate within a team responsible for managing an Openshift cluster and participate in mentoring junior team members while working with technologies such as ELK stack, Kafka, and more.
You are a good candidate for this position if you have:
- At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, including configuring components in complex IT environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques for assessing system performance and identifying potential issues.
- Basic understanding of application development processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to enhance application performance.
- Exposure to formulating and implementing security policies for system and data protection.
- Basic proficiency in technologies such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to dynamic challenges, and effective communication abilities.

- Experience in the Data Domain: Proficiency in DevOps practices tailored to big data ecosystems, including experience with tools like Spark, Hadoop, or similar frameworks. Familiarity with data pipelines, data governance, and ensuring scalability in high-throughput data environments.
- Platform Engineering Expertise: Practical experience in designing and maintaining internal developer platforms, including automation for CI/CD pipelines, improving developer productivity, and managing self-service infrastructure systems.
- DevSecOps Knowledge: Hands-on experience with embedding security into the DevOps lifecycle, including implementing secure CI/CD pipelines, vulnerability management, and compliance automation.
- Previous work in telecommunications or similarly complex IT environments, showcasing your ability to thrive in intricate and interconnected systems.
- Familiarity with advanced observability tools and techniques, such as distributed tracing, anomaly detection, or AI-driven monitoring solutions.
